Starting in 2000, Raj built a £8,000,000+ property portfolio within five years. The company went from strength to strength with properties all over the UK and abroad.
He was asked nationwide to train and speak at property seminars on all aspects of property investing, often dramatically increasing the turnover of those companies and to mentor new investors. After semi retiring for a few years, Raj started teaching property investment; building
portfolios for joint venture partners whilst flipping millions of pounds worth of properties and consulting to investors concentrating on high yielding co-living HMOs.
We are now seeking Joint Venture partners to build with them and expand our portfolio rollout at a greater rate.
